We are seeking a skilled Plating Operations Manager to lead our plating works at an industrial site in Rochester, UK. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams and collaborating with project managers.

• Maintaining quality control and ensuring efficient operations;
• Collaborating with the project management team to achieve strategic goals;

The successful candidate must hold a CCNSG card, NVQ 3 or equivalent in plating, and SSSTS/SMSTS certification. A temporary position for 4 months is available on various shift patterns, offering immediate starts.
