Description

We are looking for a support worker who will provide 1:1 and at times 2:1 care and support to their service users, whilst following an individual care plan.

You'll assist with clients' personal care, administering medication, meal preparation and moving & Handling. You'll promote independence and enable the service user to access the community, supporting overall development. With this role comes excellent training and therefore you do not need to have care experience. All you need is a caring personality and a willingness to learn. This is a great working environment and we have small teams to enable close working relationships to form.

This position will entail morning and backshifts and working alternative weekends (two weekends a month.

We are also open to discussion around shifts so please do not hesitate to give us a call Our hourly rate is £11.50 and 40p per mile.
