The Reform Care bill has in turn resulted in the NHS structure needing to change.

The creation of Integrated Care Systems (ICS) means that there is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious growth whereby 217 NHS Trusts will be consolidated into 42 ICS's.

Thiswill inevitably mean that our contracts will be more sophisticated and complex but ultimately larger in size, allowing us to provide market intelligence across the whole group.

Secure trusted commercial relationships with C-Suite stakeholders at both NHS client and ICS level.

These relationships will in turn ensure the retention and development of existing business, whilst facilitating further upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

There will also be a strong focus on client advocation internally, being the Voice of The Customer at all times whilst engaging with colleagues.

This role would service our clients within the Midlands area and down into South West England. There will be an expectation for weekly/fortnightly visits.


What you will be doing:
- ?Act as the client key stakeholder entry point, a funnel that manages and guides client engagement using CRM and Account Plans
- ?Identifying opportunities to gain references, testimonials and case studies to promote the quantitative and qualitative benefits of all lines of business to help support new business bids and upselling opportunities
- ?You will be recognised as the Client 'Subject Matter Expert' within the business, and such will need to be prepared to advocate and provide insight/guidance
- ?Ensuring that renewals are negotiated with Clients which deliver the best outcome for the partnership, whilst growing the NHS SBS footprint, in line with our commitment to our growth strategy
- ?Develop the NHS SBS Client Engagement strategy and liaise with the Marketing team on the delivery of this, to include User Forums, web portal etc.
- ?To ensure that expenditure budgets are managed and to make cost savings wherever possible as well as producing business cases where investment is required.


What you will bring:
- ?Knowledge of NHS strategy, infrastructure and culture, in particular within Commercial functions
- ?Strategic Relationship Management at Exec level, preferably within the NHS
- ?Commercial and financial, including experience of presenting and negotiating commercial proposals and producing internal management reports
- ?Ability to demonstrate the technical ability in the compilation, analysis and presentation of information to a strategic level
- ?Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to produce clear and persuasive commercial proposals
- ?In depth understanding of the back-office outsourcing market in the NHS including competitors and growth areas

Salary Circa £65,000 - depending on experience
