Duties:

• Perform hair consultations with clients to determine their needs and preferences
• Provide a variety of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling and coloring
• Recommend appropriate hair care products to clients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment
• Ensure client satisfaction by actively listening to their feedback and addressing any concerns
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
• Collaborate with front desk staff to schedule appointments and manage client flow

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to upsell salon products and services to increase revenue
• Experience in store management or mentoring other stylists is desirable
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
