Admin work relates to chasing overdue invoices from customers, and reconciling with purchase ledger. Ringing customers and getting them to pay all outstanding invoices and resolving any queries in a polite professional manner.Past experience needed in dealing with people over the phone no selling involved.
Educated and professional phone manner is essential.
