Civils Build Lead - Rural Projects - 55k + Car or AllowanceWe represent a company on the lookout for a skilled Civils Build Lead. They've got some exciting rural projects going on, and they need your expertise to lead the way.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the civils build team, giving them clear guidance and support.
- Make sure everything runs smooth on civils build projects, from planning to getting the job done.
- Safety first Stick to health and safety rules, quality standards and environmental policies.
- Team up other company personnel, contractors and suppliers to make sure projects get delivered.
- Keep clients happy and coming back for more by building strong relationships and finding new growth opportunities.
- Keep an eye on project progress, budgets and timelines, and make changes when needed.
- Stay in the loop with industry trends, new tech and rules to make things even better.
Requirements:
- You know civils build inside out, especially in rural settings.
- Openreach networks? No problem, you're a pro at that too.
- A confident leader with the ability to inspire your team.
- Talk the talk and walk the walk with great communication and people skills.
- Show us you can handle projects like a pro, on time and within budget.
- Safety is your top priority.
- When things get crazy, you stay cool and can adapt.
- A full UK driving license is a must.
