Real Estate Top 50 UK Firm London Partner Level UK-Top 50 law firm are seeking a Real Estate Partner to join their highly-tiered London practice.
Having recently been accredited the UK's Best Law Firm for Work/Life Balance, the firm are renown for theircollegiate team in conjunction with an impressive expertise across retail, leisure, health, transport, licensing, charities, utilities, education and the public sector.
The team are regularly instructed in complex, high profile, multi-million-pound deals namelywith property developers, investors and occupiers.A snapshot of the role will see you involved with assisting partners and senior colleagues with all aspects of the department's real estate, development and investment transactions; handling high levels ofclient contact and client liaison responsibilities; assisting on large scale sales and purchases portfolio transactions; managing individual properties and/or property portfolios, including granting of leases and licences, lease renewals and rent reviews fora range of good quality institutional investors and corporate occupiers.
The successful candidate will be a legally qualified solicitor in England & Wales, and will preferably be a partner in a leading national firm with reasonable followings.
