THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and reliable individual to join our team as an
Executive Assistant who will be an integral part of the Company.
We are looking for someone that is a self-starter, thrives within a dynamic working environment and is motivated by creating impact.
Attitude in this role is key - you will possess a strong 'can-do' attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a one-step ahead mentality together with exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing primarily highlevel support to CEO and C-Suite including complex diary management, meeting preparation, and taking minutes/actions, maintaining efiling system and other relevant tasks as necessary.
- Board coordination, seamlessly arranging board meetings and dinners, including venues, travel, and accommodation, assisting with agendas and board packs.
- Review and assist with miscellaneous reports, documents, and presentations.
- Internal and External stakeholder management.
- Daytoday creative problem solving, always being one step ahead and being able to foresee a problem and have a solution in hand.
- Being the person at the heart of the team, supporting with projects, proposals, and commitments, and coordinating and planning everything from travel arrangements to fun activities and socials.
- Owning the welcoming of new hires, making sure that they are properly onboarded to the team and feel confident and prepared for their new role.
- Support and manage the upkeep of the data management system/virtual data room.
- Sourcing and managing suppliers for the office as needed, maintaining good relationships, and negotiating deals when required.
- Embody Nucleome mission and values, building great relationships across the company.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- CEO/C-Level EA experience
- Highly competent in diary management, working across multiple calendars and time zones.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with excellent spelling and proofreading skills.
- Able to effectively interact and communicate at all levels
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills; as well as ability to prioritise tasks and balance multiple prioritise/projects with excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoy working as part of the team, whilst also working effectively with autonomy without reliance on instruction.
- Selfstarter, who takes a proactive approach with a 'onestepahead' mindset and a willingness to be agile and get involved across the organisation.
- Genuinely care about team members and the work we do.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment with exceptional decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Advanced IT skills in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (and willingness to learn new software).
- Professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry
- Working knowledge of fundraising data management system (such as Firmex) would be advantageous.
- Handson experience using a MacBook.
