The Property and Asset Management team is an innovative and exciting service focusing on portfolio transformation, sustainability and the commercial advisory, contributing to major projects.
This is key for the delivery of driving revenue income and growth for Hammersmith and Fulham Council and to make lasting improvements to the commercial property sector.

- Assist in the management of the Council's property assets and the provision of valuation advice, through the management of a professional property caseload, within the Commercial Property team.
- Manage commercial income and provide top notch property advice to assist in complex development and regeneration schemes.
- Contribute to the provision of a value for money service and ensure efficient use of the Council's property assets, ensuring that operational assets deliver all the Council's five key targets.
- Liaise with internal stakeholder and external partners to step up the asset and estate management of its General Fund and HRA commercial portfolios and support the Head of Asset Strategy & Property Portfolio on corporate landlord programme.
