Financial Services Recruitment Consultant

Basic salary:
£25,000 - £40,000, year 1 OTE £75,000.


Location Bath - Hybrid working model: 2 days a week in the office after initial training period
Our brand new client is a financial services recruitment practice that specialises in placing individuals within financial institutions.

Through meeting the changing needs of their clients they have built an enviable client list, have established nationwidecoverage through key geographical office locations and are well positioned to advise on market trends.

Located in the beautiful city of Bath, close to the train station with a great base plus commission and the option to work on a hybrid basis with two daysa week working from home, this could be the challenge you have been looking for


Owing to significant and positive managerial changes within the business the company relocated its head office to the South West in 2020 and is now looking for an Experienced Financial Services Recruiter to grow their Bath office, but with a hybrid workingmodel.


If you are you looking for a fresh challenge with a potential career path into management, this is an ideal and exciting career opportunity.

They have a strong client portfolio consisting of large multi-nationals and global FinTechs to small IFA practices,with hundreds of live vacancies and some enviable PSL agreements.

These will be warm desks with multiple roles and great fees to get you off the ground and started.

To be seriously considered, you would need to demonstrate the following:

  • 3 years minimum experience in either Financial Services, Accountancy or Technology recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process.
  • Maintain existing and grow client portfolio.
  • Utilise all digital sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Facebook and Job-Boards) to best commercial practice and ensure the appropriate route to market is used at all times.
  • CRM system maintenance to ensure information is accurate at all times.
  • Adhoc recruitment projects i.e. recruitment campaign management.
  • Proactive use of social media.
