Osborne Appointments are supporting a leading specialist provider of insurance policies based in Borehamwood.

We are on a hunt for a passionate, people oriented and goal focused individual to join the team as a Sales Consultant.

As a Sales Consultant you will:

  • Answer and handle calls promptly in an enthusiastic, courteous and efficient manner
  • Sell policies for a variety of client companies
  • Maximise sales opportunities primarily through inbound channels
  • Manage change effectively by keeping up to date with any changes in regulations, campaigns or products

We are looking for:


  • Excellent customer service skills & telephone manner
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience in working towards targets & service levels
  • Basic / good level of computer literacy and GCSE passes A-C or equivalent including Maths & English
  • Finance or Insurance industry experience would be desirable
