The Role
They are looking for an exceptional Client Lead to join the team.

You'll know how run a project, but with a strategic mind, you can guide the client and challenge the team to deliver real business impact.

This role is central to the next phase of growth, and you will lead the charge on client relationships as well as guide and challenge our pioneering teams to deliver their best work.

What you'll be doing

Nurture longstanding, meaningful relationships with our clients by acting as their consultant and supporting them to be successful in their role
Maintain a close view on the budgets, invoicing, and profitability of all clients and projects
Lead and nurture new business opportunities from the moment a brief comes in, to the moment the pitch is won
Take ownership of the client experience and work closely with the team to optimise and elevate at every touchpoint
Have ultimate responsibility for the success of each project, driving for exceptional results, on time and on budget

What you'll bring to the role

Previous experience in a brand consultancy or design agency
Previous experience pitching and nurturing relationships
A fascination with brands, and how to shape and build them
Strong commercial acumen, and can understand the dynamics of clients' businesses
A creative person, bursting with ideas
