Patient Services Coordinator:

Reception duties to include:


  • Meet & greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Booking, cancelling, rearranging appointments
  • Dealing with general enquiries in a professional andappropriate manner
  • Arranging for deliveries to be dealt with as required
  • Adding information to patient records ensuring all details are correct

Admin duties to include:


  • Answering calls and dealing with a range of enquiries
  • Processing repeat prescription requests
  • General admin, scanning, franking post, shredding and routine ad hoc tasks
  • Keeping the database up to date
  • Ensuring stationery it well stocked
  • Incoming, outgoing post

Skills & Experience:


  • You must have at least 2 years experience on a busy reception in a high end service environment.
  • Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail
