Reception duties to include:
- Meet & greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Booking, cancelling, rearranging appointments
- Dealing with general enquiries in a professional andappropriate manner
- Arranging for deliveries to be dealt with as required
- Adding information to patient records ensuring all details are correct
Admin duties to include:
- Answering calls and dealing with a range of enquiries
- Processing repeat prescription requests
- General admin, scanning, franking post, shredding and routine ad hoc tasks
- Keeping the database up to date
- Ensuring stationery it well stocked
- Incoming, outgoing post
Skills & Experience:
- You must have at least 2 years experience on a busy reception in a high end service environment.
- Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail
