About role
This is an excellent opportunity to join AO Recycling's Finance department as a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a part-time basis, up to 16h a week.
Here's what you can expect to be doing
- Purchase ledger
- Input of invoices / credits
- Using Microsoft D36
- Set up new supplier accounts
- Matching to purchase orders
- Liaising with departments to ensure purchase orders are raised, and resolve any queries.
- Meeting monthly objectives
- Tasks and project work
- Monthly statement reconciliations.
- Assisting with Month end reports.
About you
- Previous experience doing purchase ledger or accounts
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deal with high volumes of invoices/data
- Adaptable to business requirements daily/weekly/monthly within set deadlines
- Have a passion for success and results
- Positive cando attitude
- Accurate and eye for detail
- Good team working skills
- MS Excel skills including regular use of formulas.
