My client in the Motor Trade industry, is looking to hire x2 Management Accountants to join their Reading and Oxford sites.

This is a fantastic role for a commercially minded, motor trade experienced, Assistant/Management Accountant person, to make a differenceto operational performance and day to day financial reporting while ensuring all financial control and accounting processes are in place.

Duties:

Support the Group with daytoday reporting and management reporting
Work with the accounts team and sales administrators to run the smoother operation of the Company's accounts
Ensure all accounts are fully reconciled
Forecasting and budgeting
Monthend accounts
Balance sheet reconciliation
Cost accounting
Stock check
Line manager 13 assistant accountants
Respond to queries

Requirements:

Previous experience in Motor Trade accounting (desired)
Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders outside of finance
Meticulous approach key attention to detail while maintaining accurate records
Ability to work well in busy environments and under pressure
Eagerness to learn
Leadership mentality with the ability to motivate and influence others
