Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a not-for profit organisation on the recruitment of an Internal Recruiter on a Permanent, Full Time basis.


This organisation have a new Recruitment Manager, who has a fantastic background and has joined with big growth plans in mind.

They are looking for someone who can support with high volume recruitment across multiple locations in the UK, challenging sourcingand stakeholder engagement/management.

If you have Internal Recruitment experience or work within an RPO function, and have the ability to be creative when sourcing and think outside the box - please apply


Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of stakeholders both in head office and in the field
  • Continually optimise the recruiting process
  • Deliver end to end recruitment campaigns in key areas across the UK
The role will be Hybrid, with 3 days in their office in Reading and 2 days from home.

The salary on offer is up to £40,000.
