Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Advisor.

As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their needs.


Duties:


  • Communicate with clients inperson to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Conduct data entry to update client information and maintain accurate records
  • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication with clients
  • Analyze client needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance the client experience

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,683.81 per year
