We have a 16 hour and 24 hour Sales Associate vacancy.


The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving store and personal sales goals by providing excellent standards of Customer Service at all times and by representing and by supporting the Diesel Brand and values.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an indepth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients
  • Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent instore experience at all times
  • Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions
  • Create a longterm authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
  • Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
  • Prove Brand and product knowledge
  • Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, taxfree in a punctual and accurate manner
  • Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor
  • Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be uptodate with new fashion trends and competitors
  • Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
  • Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a handcrafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance

Profile

  • Previous experience in sales roles; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus;
  • Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset;
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
  • Strong communication skills ;
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
