Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and negotiating complex contracts
Advising on data protection and privacy laws and regulations
Advising on IP issues, including trademarks, patents, and copyright
Advising on media law, including defamation and privacy
Supporting the development and maintenance of client relationships (large social media companies)

Qualifications and Skills:

A range of PQE can be considered
Background in Commercial Litigation
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
