About Our Client:

Our client is a growing construction materials company turning over 60 million annually.

  • Maximise the usage of company and contract hauliers to ensure expectations and requirements are fulfilled effectively in the daily allocation/planning.
  • Adhering to daily SOP's to fall in line with Customer Service Policy.
  • Health and Safety, compliance fulfil documentation and driver safety is efficient monitored.
  • Maritain and attain good relationships both internally from and operational and externally from a customer centricity prospective to enhance performance.
  • Peoples person qualities necessary to build a successful and impactful workforce.

The Successful Applicant:


Essentials:

  • Demonstrate the ability to drive a workforce by intrinsically motivating them to create a dynamic and impactful operation.
  • A disciplined and organised individual able to analyse day to day decision/forecasting skills.
  • Ability in proficient use of IT systems and software.
  • Provide examples of being a peoples person to effective drive a team to success.

Desirable:

  • Transport Management CPC
  • Level 4 MPQC/QCF Qualification
  • Ready mix concrete knowledge/experience

What's on Offer:


  • Annual salary from £40, ,000 DOE
  • Company Van/Car
  • 40 hours per week 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon to Fri
  • 25 days annual leave plus all bank holidays
