The Role:


Our largest UK site in Harrogate, is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join the Biopharmaceutical Chemistry Manufacturing Controls (BiopharmCMC) division.


The Administrator will be based on-site and will be focused on providing administrative support to the GMP Equipment & Metrology group.


You will join a team of 8 people, where excellent training and on-boarding will be given to you, meaning you do not need to have previous experience to be considered for this role - however good computer skills would be beneficial.


Job responsibilities include:


  • Supporting the day to day operation of the database e.g. set up of new equipment, update of information regarding repair and servicing and preparation of job sheets etc.
  • Updating, filing and maintenance of records with information on equipment servicing and repair etc.
  • Producing labels for equipment.
  • Archiving data in a timely manner.
  • Checking of equipment documentation against GMP requirements.
  • Ordering of equipment and consumables.
  • Handling deliveries (including stores items and internal and external mail) and ensuring they are distributed accordingly.
  • Printing and distributing TMS work orders to relevant team members.
  • General office administrative duties such as filing, general photocopying etc.

Education:


  • Educated to
    GCSE level (or a similar educational standard).
  • Good computing skills preferred due to the nature of the role
