We work with clients in the private and public sector on a range of projects including residential, healthcare, education and office.

Our services include Detailed Fire Strategies, Means of Escape Reviews and Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) modelling.

Due to our continued growth, we have a new role for a creative, confident and self-motivated team player to join our friendly team as a Digital Marketing Officer.

Role and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain digital marketing materials, including company brochures.
• Develop and deliver creative marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our services.
• Create engaging content for social media and the company website.
• Manage social media platforms and monitor online presence.
• Analyse social media performance and optimise strategies for success.
• Develop client relationships, including obtaining client feedback.

Knowledge & Skills

• Essential:_
• Strong copywriting skills, creating engaging content with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in using social media management platforms.
• Understanding of social performance tools and analytics.
• Creative design ability using Adobe InDesign or similar graphic design software.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communicator, able to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin or related field.
• Preferable:_
• Proficient with CMS systems such as, WordPress, Webflow or other web content management systems.
• Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation.
• Proficient with Google docs.

Experience

• Proven experience in digital marketing or marketing.
• Preferable:_
• 2+ years' experience in a digital marketing role would be advantageous.

The details

• Office location: Headingley, Leeds
• Hours of work: Parttime (weekdays), flexible; hours and days TBA between hours
• Holiday entitlement: 25 days holiday per calendar year (prorata) + public holidays + the Christmas period
• Pension eligibility: NEST pension
• Salary: DOE and agreed number of hours + bonus
