We are working closely alongside a highly reputable firm of Solicitors based in London in their search for an Office Assistant.


The firm are specialists at providing legal advice across a range of services including private individuals, businesses, trusts, charities and other organisations.


Duties:


  • Scanning and Distribution of Post
  • Franking and External Post
  • Couriers/DHL
  • Photocopying and Binding
  • Office Maintenance
  • Reception Cover and Assistance
  • Preparing Meeting Rooms
  • Stationary Stock Check and Orders.
  • Collection of Confidential Waste
  • Banking

Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong A Level results
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Able to convey messages in an appropriate manner, know how to approach clients and manage own workload in an orderly manner, meet deadlines.
  • Able to always maintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion
  • Willingness to help and support others.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Other:


  • Full time Monday to Friday: 9.00am 5.30pm
  • Permanent and office based (fantastic offices)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Office Assistant / Administrator: 1 year (preferred)
