We are working closely alongside a highly reputable firm of Solicitors based in London in their search for an Office Assistant.
The firm are specialists at providing legal advice across a range of services including private individuals, businesses, trusts, charities and other organisations.
Duties:
- Scanning and Distribution of Post
- Franking and External Post
- Couriers/DHL
- Photocopying and Binding
- Office Maintenance
- Reception Cover and Assistance
- Preparing Meeting Rooms
- Stationary Stock Check and Orders.
- Collection of Confidential Waste
- Banking
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong A Level results
- Excellent IT skills
- Able to convey messages in an appropriate manner, know how to approach clients and manage own workload in an orderly manner, meet deadlines.
- Able to always maintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion
- Willingness to help and support others.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Other:
- Full time Monday to Friday: 9.00am 5.30pm
- Permanent and office based (fantastic offices)

Salary:
£22,000.00 per year

Experience:
