Are you a skilled negotiator, experienced within Purchasing and want to make an impact with a Greentech company? This role is the perfect fit for you.


In this role you will be analysing drawings, bills of materials and project documentation to estimate costs, raising POs for raw materials and component parts, and identifying and assessing new vendors.

You will be completing supplier reviews - reportingand monitoring on delivery and quality performances.

You daily tasks will also include actioning supplier deliveries and negotiating with them to achieve improvement.

It will be up to you to ensure that all data inputted into the system is accurate and has full traceability.


You will be proactively working to resolve any supply issues with the objective of improving OTIF and actively working to improve your understanding of the company operations and technical information surrounding the engineering department.

You are a creative and innovative thinker, reliable, and conscientious. You have no trouble working within a team or independently. You have the ability to work on your own initiative and have the 'can-do' attitude that promotes proactive thinking.


What they need from you:

Great numerical and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in a buyer role.
Strong negotiation skills.
Experience using a manufacturing-based ERP system, ideally WinMan.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly:
Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Experience working in a time-critical environment.
Good time management skills.
