  • Are you capable of doing payroll from start to finish for over 150 employees?

About Our Client:

An International Human Rights organisation

  • Responsible for payroll input and processing for all employees in Workday via an outsourced payroll provider, including maintenance of records and data.
  • Responsible for providing advice to employees regarding payroll, benefits, annual leave, and other inquiries
  • Assisting with the collation of benefit data for P11Ds and reviewing draft P11Ds and P60s.
  • Liaising with the Compensation and Benefits Team, HRIS Team to ensure smooth running of monthly payroll in Workday.
  • Responsible for managing shared inbox and responding appropriately to queries and raised issues or assigning to appropriate department
  • Supporting the HR Specialist with entering and managing employee data for the local office, from basic employee data (grade, gender, nationality) to job changes, location changes, promotions, cost center updates, salary changes, terminations, reorganisations implementation, etc.
  • Setting up Cx payments and processing invoices as required.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Have Experience processing monthly payroll for at least 150 employees
  • Have Experience with manual prorata calculations such as holiday pay calculation.
  • Possess a good understanding of workplace pensions, P11D and P60 and experience collating data for P11D submission and reviewing draft P11Ds.
  • Have good attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and an ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Have good knowledge of employment law as it relates to UK payroll regulations.
