Description
Multi trader to carry out refurb of 2 flats in Blackpool.2 x 1 bed flats in same building.
New kitchens to be fitted.
Bathrooms to be revamped.
Insulation works
some damp work
Painting,
carpet fitting, laminate flooring.
Some plumbing, electrics.
Window fitting
Pointing and guttering
Approx 4 weeks work initially then regular maintenance as and when.
I don't expect one person to cover all areas but please let me know what trades you cover.
More works to follow so looking for a good reliable trades person to work with long term.
Job Types:
Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 weeks
Salary:
£140.00-£180.00 per day
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- BLACKPOOL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
