The Retreat York is looking for an outstanding Clinical Lead who is passionate about helping people with Neurodevelopmental conditions.

You will be working for an organisation that makes a difference, focussed on helping to improve the lives of our clients.

You will be working within a dynamic team made up of OTs, SLTs, Psychologists and Psychiatrists; you will also work closely with other service Clinical Leads focusing on continuous improvement for both clients and colleagues.

You will have the opportunity to be part of special projects, influencing and developing new opportunities and methods to make the client's experience the best it can be as they go through our diagnostic pathway or therapeutic support; we also actively support clinical research.

In return you will receive flexible working, protected CPD time, mentoring support, clinical supervision, and professional registration feespaid for by The Retreat.

We are looking for someone with vision and drive to support the team in continuous improvement.

A unique individual who can bring their personal flair to the role and provide the balance between clinical challenge and assurance.

You will bring leadership and ideas to service development, evaluation, outcome measurement and research activity and play a key role in supporting clinical staff along with contributing to strategic goals, all with the ambitions of supporting the overall effectiveness of the organisation.

You will be highly qualified with an excellent portfolio of CPD and accreditations in the field of Neurodevelopmental Services (ASD ADHD) and with three or more years post qualification experience.
