Draughtsman/Estimator
Permanent office-based

Working hours; 45 hours/week

£18.00/hr or £35-42k

Our client are actively seeking permanent self-motivated and experienced personnel to join their progressive team to help achieve the successful delivery of an expanding order book.

Fully conversant in AutoCAD
Have an indepth knowledge of the metal fabrication industry, including:

Structural Steelwork - Architectural Metalwork - Sheet metalwork - Pipework.

Experienced in Excel and other Microsoft Office products
Able to produce takeoffs, obtain prices from suppliers, calculate costs, produce estimates and submit quotations to clients.
Willing to undertake site visits to carry out surveys.
Able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Health & Safety and hold a valid CSCS card.
Aware of the requirements of Quality procedures.
Be able to project manage smaller jobs in their entirety.
Hold a clean full driving licence

Alternatively, the position may suit somebody looking to step down from a more senior role in the industry.
