THIS JOB IS BASED IN SHERBURN IN ELMET LS25 6NA

This role requires:

Communicating with customers and drivers regarding deliveries via WhatsApp
Point of contact for drivers who have any missing or damaged items whilst the drivers are out on the road
Ensuring all missing/damaged items are investigated and organisation of redelivery of any missing or damaged items
Liaising internally within the business regarding missing and damaged items and generating reports for management regarding these issues.
Organising returns (This will include liaison with other warehouses and accounts if customers are to be refunded)
Assisting in driver complaints
Allocating packs to drivers
General administration tasks (such as scanning delivery notes)
Patrols of the building checking doors are locked.

.Key and fuel card audits

Hours:

6pm till 6am and 6am till 6pm depending which shift you are on that week. Working days and nights
