Description

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a prestigious high-rise residential project in London. This exciting development requires a commercial expert to support the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Managing Surveyor in the delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Managing Surveyor with integrating and adapting the commercial strategy as the project develops.
Collaborate with and commercially influence the project team and the construction process, ensuring successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience working for a main contractor, ideally a Tier 1 Main Contractor. Strong experience with JCT contracts or NEC contracts is preferred. A proven track record in supporting commercial teams on large-scale projects is essential.
