About us
Smart 11+ Tuition is a friendly, independent tuition company in Solihull. Our goal is to provide high quality tuition for the 11+ examination and KS2 SATs. We are looking for committed tutors with a passion to see students succeed in our Solihull tuition centre.

We are looking for a tutor who can teach Maths.

Please note, this role is for face-to-face tuition which takes place in Solihull.

Responsibilities

Guiding small groups of pupils through our 11+ curriculum using the resources provided by the company.
Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching.
Marking work to facilitate positive pupil development.
Meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of pupils' development.
Providing feedback to parents and carers on a pupil's progress.
Tuition takes place on Tuesday evenings (4:45pm - 8:10pm), with the possibility of additional sessions on Saturday mornings (8:25am - 1:30pm).

Requirements:

Applicants must have a teaching/teaching assistant qualification, or be working towards one.
Ability to develop positive rapport with students.
Enhanced DBS clearance or be willing to apply.

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 4 months

Part-time hours: per week

Salary:
£15.00-£25.00 per hour
