We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our Chichester office as a Pensions Administrator. This position is within the Pensions Administration Team, primarily handling pension administration services for a portfolio of pension clients. Responsibilities include processing joiners and leavers, submitting monthly pension contribution schedules, ensuring timely investments, maintaining pension information, and addressing ad-hoc pension inquiries.

If selected, you will work from our Chichester office with a hybrid model, splitting time between home and the office.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop client relationships and maintain updated client records
  • Conduct pension schedule reconciliations, process joiners, opt-outs, leavers, and contributions
  • Ensure timely submission of pension contribution schedules
  • Engage with pension providers and manage plan information
  • Handle yearly renewal reconciliations and ad-hoc client requests
  • Provide necessary support to the Pension Team

Requirements:
  • Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and attention to detail
  • Logical thinking and strong communication skills
  • Organized with excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated team player adaptable to team needs
