Your role as
Aftermarket Coordinator /
Service Coordinator will include:

Be a part of the team that supports clients with spare parts, servicing, and technical support. Including the submission of upgrade project proposals and feasibility studies
Support the sales of spares including the preparing appropriate requisitioning, checking of estimates, and relevant international shipping documentation.
Placement of Purchase Orders to suppliers for spare parts and ensuring all paperwork is in place
Entering all changes to the Spares Procurement Log.
Arrange visas, travel, documentation, and logistics for supervisors to go on sitework & training.
Liaising with clients about their requirements for Aftermarket support
Liaise with suppliers, clients, freight forwarders and the internal Shipping Manager to ensure shipping is undertaken.
Attend sales and services meetings participating and providing input for new and improved ideas for the advancement of the Aftermarket support
Supporting the Aftermarket Engineering Manager in additional tasks across the department

This is a diverse role which will require you to have a variety of skills. Ranging from excellent administration skills, logic and organisational expertise and superb customer liaison skills.

A background in engineering would be advantageous as you will be asked to look at engineering drawings and parts and have an awareness of their use.

The company will look at a diverse academic (I.E. HND /HNC/ A 'Level / Degree in Engineering) background and employment history. If key communication, logistics and organisational skills are present.
