Join our friendly team based at Kingfisher House, Huntingdon. The role is based in our open plan offices.

There is ample free parking on site and close to both the A14 and the A1 which makes getting to work really easy.

This exciting, fixed term opportunity is for an Administrator working within the First Response Service. You will play a core part in providing services within the 111 Option 2 model.


The post holder will need to be calm and patient with an excellent telephone manner and be able to communicate effectively with GPs and other healthcare professionals.

  • Take referrals from GP, Police, Ambulance, and other professionals and then open the referral on SystmOne and pass to the clinical team
  • Send tasks to GPs using SystmOne
  • Take minutes for the FRS weekly team meeting and distribute
  • Book meetings using Microsoft Teams
  • Maintain the filing system
  • Make leaflet packs for staff to share with patients
  • Report any building issues promptly to the Facilities dept. e.g., lights, toilets etc
