Dorset - Office presence during induction/probation, with flexibility to work hybrid pattern afterwards.

We are working in partnership with one of the largest regional arts centres in the UK, who provide cultural opportunities for engagement with live and digital arts.

They are seeking a
Fundraising Executive to help grow income from individual and corporate giving.

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, the postholder will focus on building relationships with existing supporters as well as having the opportunityto research, cultivate and steward new relationships, to maximise income and achieve fundraising targets across individual giving, corporate partnerships, legacies, and events.

The postholder will also be responsible for overseeing the administration and growthof their membership "Friends of" programme and will take responsibility for campaigns such as the annual Christmas Appeal.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals already working in fundraising, however, graduates and those with transferrable skills looking to crossover into the sector will also be considered.

A passion and knowledge of the arts will be key, and trainingand development will be offered.

Knowledge and passion for the arts.
Experience of successfully generating income either through fundraising or sales.
Experience of working with corporate partners and/or in event management would be advantageous.
Enjoys working with people and customer focussed.
Some experience of using a database system.
IT literate, confident in using Microsoft 365.

We are looking for an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who is confident, friendly, and able to liaise with a range of stakeholders.

Ability to work on own initiative, with excellent personal organisation and time managementwill be essential. Occasional evening and weekend working can be expected.
