Solicitor

£50,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience)

Hybrid Working


We are recruiting for an experienced Qualified Solicitor to join the employment department of an established regional Private Practice Law firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive Law firm with excellent potential for career progression.


What are the day-to-day duties of the Solicitor role?

  • Dealing with a varied caseload including all employment law matters.
  • Assisting clients with drafting employment contracts, settlement agreements, redundancies, TUPE matters, employment tribunal claims, assisting with contractual matters.
  • Dealing with employment law matters for individual clients and small to medium size enterprises.
  • Reporting to the Partner and working with other colleagues in the team.
  • Managing and developing client relationships.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in employment Law.
  • The ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
