Part-Time Private Early Years Inspector

Serendipitys operate a chain of 5 children's day nurseries in Nottinghamshire and are currently recruiting a Part-Time Care and Education standards co-ordinator.

Our Care and Education Standards Co-ordinator will be responsible for our legal compliance, supporting nursery managers and ensuring that the standards of care and education are in line with the OFSTED grade descriptors for Outstanding by regularly inspecting each setting.

Additionally, they will play a pivotal role in our future development by creating new training and monitoring systems to ensure we are a leading childcare provider and at the forefront of improving outcomes for children.

This position would be perfect for a former OFSTED inspector or nursery owner, or someone with an abundance of experience and industry knowledge as part of Senior Management Teams.

Being a part-time position makes this ideal for semi-retired, or individuals looking to reduce their professional commitments to achieve a work/life balance.

Serendipitys was founded in 1998, is currently a UK Top 10 nursery chain and currently all rated either Outstanding or Good with OFSTED.

Salary £35,000 pro rata, plus pension and other incentives negotiable.

This post will be exempt from the provisions of Section 4 (2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
