The role
We're looking for a HRIS business partner to join our planning and insight team and support Opencasts drive for data led decision making.
You'll need to demonstrate strong problem solving, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Essential experience:
- Proven experience within a People/HR function in either a business partnering or HRIS role.
- System admin and reporting experience with ERP systems, preferably Workday.
- Strong data analysis skills, problemsolving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to a range of stakeholders.
- Track record of translating information into actionable recommendations to drive business performance and achieve strategic goals.
- Working independently, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
You'll need a good understanding of:
- Analysing data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Developing and maintaining models to simulate various business scenarios, evaluating their impact on the organisation's performance.
- IT change processes and working with 3rd party support to see deliverable to completion.
- Monitoring and evaluating performance against targets and objectives, identifying areas of concern, and collaborating to implement corrective actions.
Other essential skills:
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams.
Desirable experience:
- Experience working within a professional services environment.
Salary
Salary range:
£41,000 - £64,000
