Head of Sustainability
Location:
Volvo Truck & Bus South & East, Enfield
Salary:
up to £68,000 per annum depending on experience

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Sustainability to join us at Volvo Trucks in the UK, this role is a key member of the South & East Sales Senior management team within the New Vehicle Sales Department.
There will be a specific focus on the South & East VECTO target, supporting diesel specifications to reduce CO2, and ensuring all LNG and Electric sales ambitions are achieved.

Other Focus areas
- To develop local marketing activities to support the sales of products and services.
- To be fully involved in the development of the Truck Sales Business Plan and Forecasting and follow up and deliver on the Plan and Forecast for strategic sales.
- Price Management (margins and discounts) in line with Regional (SW) Policy.
- Monitor, rationalize and ensure maximum efficiency in sales processes from the sale to delivery of the product.
- Leadership driven by Volvo values. Motivating, developing and encouraging excellent performances to drive profitability and key step change in our drive to exceed sustainability targets.
- Demonstrate the complete range of managerial responsibilities and utilise appropriate tools, working within CM guidelines.

- Excellent commercial and business acumen

- Educated to Bachelor's Degree level or equivalent
