The main duties of the Recruitment Compliance Administrator role include:
- Completing branch telephone interviews, making hiring decisions and delivering outcomes.
- Taking over branch pending list and following on any outstanding documents/compliance.
- Ensure consistent good practice throughout the recruitment process and ensure compliance and consistency is applied with appropriate legislation.
- With guidance from the Quality Assurance team, proactively work to understand relevant employment legislation and how it's applied when hiring talent into Nurseplus
- Ensure right to work checks and reference checks are kept to a high standard.
- A friendly and warming personality
- Administration experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience within a similar recruitment role is preferred but not essential
- Strong customer service skills
