The main duties of the Recruitment Compliance Administrator role include:

  • Completing branch telephone interviews, making hiring decisions and delivering outcomes.
  • Taking over branch pending list and following on any outstanding documents/compliance.
  • Ensure consistent good practice throughout the recruitment process and ensure compliance and consistency is applied with appropriate legislation.
  • With guidance from the Quality Assurance team, proactively work to understand relevant employment legislation and how it's applied when hiring talent into Nurseplus
  • Ensure right to work checks and reference checks are kept to a high standard.
  • A friendly and warming personality
  • Administration experience is preferred but not essential
  • Experience within a similar recruitment role is preferred but not essential
  • Strong customer service skills
