Our Small Pack Operatives are a key link between our customers and our manufacture.

They are responsible for operating the packing lines which produce the bagged flours you'll see every day in supermarkets and shops.

We are currently looking for a Small Pack Operatives to join our Packing Team at Wellingborough.

Our team currently work an average of 42 hours per week on a 4 week rotating shift pattern, which involves 12 hour shifts covering days, nights and weekends.

The role will suit hands on, enthusiastic team-players with a can-do attitude.

Some of the work will require you to work alone with mínimal supervision and you may also be required to take on tasks outside of your normal work area to help others in the wider team.

  • Flexible approach to work and adaptable to change
  • Keen to learn new skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
  • Selfmotivated with a willingness to help others

Desirable Criteria:


  • PPT and Counterbalance Forklift licence
