Priory is the leading independent provider of mental healthcare and adult social care in the UK.We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join the team and support our growing business.
The Sales Ledger Clerk will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely process of payments and funds and issuing of invoices across multiple Priory Group sites efficiently and effectively.
Sales Ledger Clerk duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure collation of user detail information from sites logged on system and invoices ran and issued in a timely manner.
- Raise all invoices and make sure they are sent out to ensure cash is received in a timely manner
- Post cash and allocate against invoices to ensure debtors ledger maintained or reduced
- Works closely with Local Authorities and Integrated Commissioning Boards, (ICB's) to ensure payment is received and authorisations gained.
- Works as part of a team and liaises with other internal & external colleagues to ensure smooth running of allocated sites
- Reconciles income and cash at month end on portfolio of sites / hospitals / clinics
