Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Parts Advisor to join our Ford dealership in Slough.

You will need to operate well within a team as well as on your own as you will be working closely with our sales and service team.

The is offered on a full-time permanent basis and will report to the Regional Parts Manager.

Required Skills & Experience


To be considered for this position you will need to have experience in a parts role within either a franchised automotive dealership or parts department.

We are looking for individuals that also possess the following attributes:


  • People focused and an inspiration team player
  • Have excellent telephone manner
  • Experience controlling KPIs and budgets
  • Customer facing experience and proficient in IT systems

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensuring the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels managed
  • Maximising profitability and efficiency of the whole department
  • Coordinating with the Sales/Service departments to give the best customer experience
  • Work with the manufacturers, colleagues, and customers to be their first contact regarding any parts related queries
