Hyde is looking to recruit a Head of Business Systems.

Duties

Develop financial and operational objectives, within Business Systems ensuring the team's plans are aligned to the IT strategy and Hyde's Corporate Plans.
Delivering & effectively managing the Application Life Cycle Management.
Ensure DevOps and CICD principles are applied across all services workstreams managed as applicable.
Manage and drive the integration and technical delivery of IT systems, through the use of strong project management skills (predominantly Agile).
Maintain and develop an effective support service for the group's Business Systems ensuring continuous development of the skills required to support new and updated systems.
Maintain, manage and execute an effective roadmap for systems. Identify opportunities for business benefits and working with business partners and IT colleagues to bring updates into service and to maximise the value from them.

Essential Skills and experience
