My client are an award-winning retail brand who are expanding globally and are looking for an experienced Head of People to support their European regions.

You MUST come from a retail, beauty, luxury goods or cosmetics background as this role will be workingwith all of their retail business units.

Experience supporting European regions and working with international stakeholders is also crucial, alongside strong UK and EMEA employment legislation.

As a business going through huge global growth, they are ensuring they have a big focus on engagement, wellbeing and development, to ensure they continue to attract and retain the very best people.

You will work closely with the CoE's and wider people leadershipteam, as well as supporting the People Director on the design and delivery of new processes and structures that is in line with the people strategy.

This role is truly for a self-starter who is confident, autonomous and able to coach and influence leaders successfully.

It will cover all areas of HR including:

Workforce and headcount planning
Employee relations
Overseeing annual global processes such as the performance and development plans
Ensuring EMEA policies and procedures are up to date in accordance with legislation changes
Identifying training and development needs
Working on wellbeing and diversity and inclusion initiatives
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition and L&D Directors
Improving data reporting for retail people metrics

You must be passionate about brands and people, be solutions focussed and have incredible commercial acumen. This role is hybrid working with 2-3 days a week in their offices.
