Solicitor - Agriculture and Rural Property

Overview:

We are pleased to be supporting one of the largest, non-city based law firms based in Warwickshire who are currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join their Rural Property/Agriculture team.

They provide a competitive salary, excellent benefits package,as well as a great working environment with on-site canteen and an active social committee.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for running your own caseload
Provide support to the more senior lawyers with more complex transactions
Ensure clients receive accurate, uptodate legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents "value for money"
Ensuring that all invoices are raised on completion of the matter
Support key events to help secure profitable new clients and increase the Firm's profile
Provide marketing support e.g. writing copy and reports, updating literature and seeking out networking opportunities
Undertake legal research both as requested and on own initiative
A property background (previous experience in rural property is not essential though this is advantageous.)
Motivation, enthusiasm and attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
A desire to learn and work part as a team
