We have several temporary roles covering last minute Receptionist holiday cover in the run up to Christmas. If you want some odd days between now and 22 December these roles may appeal to you. Front of house greeting visitors in a professional manner. Excellent communication essential along with outstanding presentation days per week. We do have regular ad hoc temporary reception work if you are free on an ongoing basis.

Job Profile
Front of house reception duties in professional office environments.

Responsibilities:

You will be involved with supporting typical duties relevant to a Receptionist role which include:

Front of house roles involving meeting and greeting visitors and announcing them to clients in the building
Managing meeting rooms and ensuring they are kept clean, tidy and stocked
Taking delivery of post and parcels
General receptionist duties

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:

Any previous front of house reception experience would be an advantage however it is all about you You need to be professional, automatically
smile when a visitor arrives and make them feel welcome and interact with excellent communication skills
No specific experience is needed these roles could suit anyone looking to build reception experience but you do need to only want occasional work

Hours:7.5 to 8 hours per day working 2 or 3 days w/c 4 December, the 11 December and potentially w/c 18 December. There will be further ad hoc work in the New Year.

Salary:
£11 to £12 per hour
