We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join us within the new Workforce Efficiencies team working to support both Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust and Cornwall Foundation Trust.

This will be for a 12 month secondment or fixed term contract.

The successful applicant will be proactive with efficient admin skills and excellent customer service skills.

This is a pivotal within Workforce Efficiencies programme and requires the post holder to be able to provide comprehensive secretarial and admin support to the Interim Dual Associate Director of Workforce Efficiencies and the team.


This role is responsible for dealing with the day to day service enquiries and needs, ensuring appropriate reporting and action is taken and relevant people informed.


This is fast moving post requiring someone who can manage their time effectively and multi-task to ensure deadlines are met and work carried out to a high standard.

We're an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people's physical and mental health. We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability.

Over 4,000 people make up the Trust. This includes doctors, nurses, therapists, plus admin and support staff.

We work in people's homes, in community clinics and bases. Some staff work from one of our 13 community hospitals.

Approximately 568,000 people live here. A third of people who live in Cornwall are supported by acute hospital services in Devon. As a result, we also work closely with our partners in Devon.
