Medical Directorate Administrative Assistant - Nottingham, United Kingdom - Nottingham City General Practice Alliance
Description
The postholder will work closely with a variety of stakeholders including the Medical Director, Clinical Leads, and the Chief Operations Officer at Nottingham City General Practice Alliance and will be based within the HR Department.
The post is expected to support core business functions, programmes and projects that are led from within the Medical Directorate.
The post holder will build strong relationships with the Alliance's Medical Structure, which will enable delivery of a timely and professional recruitment service.
The post holder will seek to understand the services which they support as well as the challenges they face so they can support the delivery of projects identified within the workforce plan.
They will need to support the activities of NCGPA's Clinical team, ensuring that training, development reviews, objective settings, personal development plans and appraisals are carried out by the appropriate lead.
The Medical Directorate supports the development and implementation of innovative and contemporary practice by ensuring that medical support systems are in place.
Its objective is:
- To work with the Medical Director to undertake medical engagement programmes of work to fully engage with the medical staff to enable the culture and NCGPA Way.
- To support medical staff to effectively participate in leadership, research, revalidation, medical appraisal, job planning, education, and training through strong collaborative sustainable partnerships.
- To Collaboratively link with the other corporate functions to ensure a consistent delivery of the organisations values promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
As a collaborative organisation, the Alliance brings together General Practices from across Nottingham City to deliver high-quality care and innovative services to the local community.
