Description

Work autonomously, and as an integral member of the team, to ensure knowledge and experience is shared and colleagues are supported to develop in their roles.

Work closely with Leaders, Managers and Directors, to support the delivery of the quality strategic plan, strategic goals and national priorities.

Support leaders at all levels to use evidence and theory of organisational effectiveness and improvement methodology to deliver change and development programmes.

Establish excellent relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders and partners to support delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Responsible for the supervision and appraisal process for staff, including any temporary staff as appropriate.
